Learn how to get the most out of SharePoint 2010 administration using PowerShell
PowerShell is Microsoft's full featured scripting language. Built on the .Net Framework, it is extensible, powerful, and easy to work with. During this session you'll begin your path to PowerShell mastery by learning the basics.
This session will start off with the very basics of PowerShell, getting you comfortable with using cmdlets, variables, pipes and loops. We will then progress onto SharePoint 2010 administration, learning how to automate tasks, configure settings and learn tips and tricks all using PowerShell.
The session is designed for SharePoint administrators wanting to get into using PowerShell or people who want to brush up on their skills and expand their use of PowerShell to administer SharePoint 2010.
We will send out joining instruction shortly before the event starts. we use gotomeeting to deliver these sessions.
